(Washington D.C.) Today, Mayor Muriel Bowser announced that the District’s Department of Corrections (DCDOC) will resume oversight of the Correctional Treatment Facility upon expiration of the current contract with Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) on January 30, 2017.
