Every inmate has a right to legal visits while they are housed in the DC Jail.  After these visits, attorneys and their interns are encouraged to fill out a comment card, providing comments and suggestions concerning their visit.  This feedback allows the agency the opportunity to better ensure that visits are done in a timely and efficient manner.
